Could the International Wrongdoer Court of law arraign Binyamin Netanyahu?

.Israel's government is actually concerned that the International Offender Court (ICC) in The Hague are going to release apprehension warrants against senior Israeli representatives in connection with the war in Gaza. Those on trial could consist of Binyamin Netanyahu, Israel's head of state, members of his kitchen cabinet and generals in the Israel Support Forces. The ICC has not claimed it is looking at such an action. Yet Mr Netanyahu experienced the threat serious enough to state on April 30th that any warrant "will be actually a shock of famous portions". The ICC's chief prosecutor, Karim Khan, alerted that threats to "retaliate" against the court could undermine its impartiality. On what premises will the ICC trouble such warrants, and what will be the consequences?
